March 2011 Exemplary Reference Awards

The Quality Assurance Workgroup is happy to award the following transcripts for the March 2011 Exemplary Reference Awards. Transcripts were awarded in three categories: Best Detailed Chat, Best Brief Chat, and Best Teaching Chat.
