First Bronwyn showed the student some pertinent newspapers sites, and then she directed the student in searching the needed college databases, which previously had not been useful for the student. Bronwyn gave suggestions for keywords and finished the Chat with an invitation to return if more help was needed. The student comment was “keep up the great work.”

The student was grateful for her expertise stating “ yes i am finding tons of stuff;  I don’t have any more questions” and finally: “Thanks SO much Donna I appreciate all your help.”
