Katy Moore, Valencia College
Katy Moore, Valencia College

Teaching Chat: Katherine Moore, Valencia College

Katherine was a superstar! She found articles for the patron, then walked her through how to get them for herself. When they experienced a hiccup in the log-in Katherine gave contact info to have it fixed and waited until the patron returned so they could continue the search. In the end Katherine decided to email her resulting articles to the patron directly to avoid that research burn-out that comes from frustrating access issues. This was one of the best teaching chats I’ve had the pleasure to read.
